Where does Kennedy Insignia ship?

We currently ship everywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Canada, Australia, Spain, and the Netherlands. If you are looking to ship a piece elsewhere in the world, let us know! We can handle your order independently.

When will my order ship? I live in the United States.

Please allow us up to 2 business days to process your order. Afterwards, we will ship it and it should reach you within 2-4 business days. We only process orders Monday - Friday.

How much does shipping to the US cost?

We use USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is dependent on size and location!

How do I track my order?

You can track your order with USPS, which is easily accessible via our confirmation email. Every order receives a confirmation email once your order is fulfilled. Since our business uses tracked mail, tracking information may not be continuously updated.

Do you deliver to P.O box addresses?

Yes. However, we cannot ship via a traceable method to any post office boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We also cannot be held responsible if you do not receive your package. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked.

What should I do if I want to cancel or update my order?

You can cancel or update your order as long as it has not been packed and/or shipped. We will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations before the order enters our shipping queues. Just email us to cancel an order or change your order information.

I think my package may be lost / I haven’t received my package yet.

We are very sorry hear this! Please email us and we are happy to assist you in filing a lost package claim. Please kindly note that, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen package(s) once it has been delivered by the courier.

Any international shipping to certain countries can take up to 8 weeks. Kennedy Insignia is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. If you have any issues with your order once it’s left our warehouse, please contact USPS first as they are best at locating your package.
